Directions to New Haven Red Cross Chapter House

Via Route I-91: Take I-91 (North or South) to exit 6 (Willow St.); turn right at end of exit ramp and follow Willow St. to the end. Turn right onto Whitney Ave., travel about 1/2 mile to #703 on the right. Chapter is a gray house with Red Cross on front lawn.

Via Route I-95: Take I-95 (North or South) to I-91 in New Haven. Proceed as above.

Via Merritt (Wilbur Cross) Parkway:
From Hartford: Take parkway South to exit 61; turn right at end of exit onto Whitney Ave. Travel about 4 miles to 703 Whitney Ave., on left.
From New York: Take Merritt Parkway North to exit 61; turn left onto Whitney Ave. Travel about 4 miles to 703 Whitney Ave., on left.

Parking is available in Chapter parking lot; If lot is full, you may use lot next door at Christian Center. The church asks only that we park in the back between the painted lines and not in the driveway or in front of the church door.

From South
Merritt Parkway (Route 15) North to exit 64. Turn right at end of exit ramp and continue to 2nd stop light. At fork, stay right; you will now be on Ward St. Continue on Ward St. through several stop signs and stop lights. At stop sign at top of hill, turn left onto South Main Street. White Red Cross office house is one half block on right (Red Cross flag in front).
Route I-91 North to exit 13 (left lane exit).  At end of exit ramp, go right onto Route 5. At first stop light go right, then take immediate left onto South Main Street. One half block after first stop sign, white Red Cross office house is on right (Red Cross flag in front).
From North
Merritt Parkway (Route 15) South to exit 64. Go right off exit. After first stop light, follow directions from Merritt Parkway above.
Route I-91 South to exit 14.  Go right off exit ramp. At 4th stop light, go left on South Main Street (Post Office will be on your left).  White Red Cross office is 6-7 houses down on your left (Red Cross flag in front).
From Cheshire
Route 68 (East toward Durham) until light at North Main Street Extension.  Take right; this road becomes North Main Street. At light at 4-way intersection in middle of town (Bank, Church, Post Office, Store on  corners), it becomes South Main Street.  White Red Cross office 6-7 houses down on your left (Red Cross flag in front).
